This residence was designed around one core intention to create a minimal, warm, and welcoming home. The clients wanted simplicity without losing character, and comfort without clutter, which shaped the design language throughout the entire house.
The home opens into a spacious living area, designed with neutral tones and soft textures that make the first impression instantly calming. The highlight of this zone is the double-height in-house garden space, which adds light, airiness, and a natural pause within the layout. The open living–dining–kitchen concept keeps the entire floor visually connected, making the home feel larger and more fluid.
A major design feature is the continuous ceiling treatment finished with clean grooves running in a patterned direction, paired with profile lights that subtly highlight the geometry. These same grooves continue onto the TV panel, creating a beautiful design rhythm that ties the space together. The kitchen follows a simple and solid color palette with clean storage shutters, while the backsplash carries a patterned tile to bring just the right amount of visual interest. Bright under-cabinet lights and glossy shutters maintain a fresh and uncluttered look. Each bedroom in the home tells its own quiet story.
The master bedroom reflects the couple’s love for warmth and natural textures. A large cane-detailed headboard paired with soft beige wallpaper and wooden trims gives the space a cozy, handcrafted feel.
The kids and the mother’s room were designed to stay simple and comforting, with soothing pastels, clean furniture lines, and minimal décor. Soft upholstery, subtle textures, and gentle lighting make their rooms feel serene and timeless. Across the home, the design stays true to its identity neutral colors, wood accents, clean panel lines, warm lighting, and furniture that feels modern yet comfortable. The textures are layered thoughtfully: cane, grooved panels, fabric headboards, marble-finish surfaces, and warm veneers create a balanced visual harmony.
